A NeuroMovement Approach
This approach makes use of the incredible plasticity of the brain and combines it with movement to make new connections in the brain. The outcome of this process, which we'll discover throughout the series, is improved coordination and real changes in your posture. The tools that we use throughout the series will be great use as you take the process in your daily life. People of all ages and ability levels can benefit from this approach and take advantage of the brain’s remarkable ability to change and learn.
