- At the beginning of your appointment you can tell me about yourself and I'll tailor the session to your needs.
- Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, including socks.
- After the session, it's helpful to take a few moments to walk around the block and integrate the changes you may feel.
- For your child's session: please bring a snack. Children can get very hungry when their brain is in a potent learning mode.
