Online Sessions

Online Sessions are the bridge between in-person sessions, and online Group Sessions.

Online Sessions are Individual Sessions that are done over Zoom. They are perfect for staying connected with the process while you travel, or just for convenience. And they’re the best way to prepare you for taking a more active role in your improvement, like what Group Sessions offer, while maintaining individual attention.

Instead of guiding you with my hands, I guide you verbally through a series of gentle movements. You’ll experience the same gentle process of transforming limitation and pain into lightness and buoyancy.

These sessions are 50 minutes long and I’ll send you a Zoom link beforehand. You’ll set up a comfortable space to lie down or sit in a chair.

Look how far she’s come!

Sasha’s* hip and back were so much better.

When we looked back at where she started, she was amazed after four months of Individual Sessions.

Her new normal was so much more comfortable that she started working in her garden again.

Where She Started

Before she started with me, she had been bouncing between the chiropractor, an acupuncturist, and an osteopath. But they weren’t alleviating the pain in her hip and back.

She was desperate for relief when her acupuncturist recommended NeuroMovement.

As we started, she felt an ease of movement in her entire body, not just the back and hip. And as we continued, she felt a growing aware of herself as a whole.

How She Kept Moving Forward

As Sasha kept progressing, we put more space between her Individual Sessions, and in the rest time between them, she started doing Online Sessions.

These helped her bridge the gap between Individual Sessions and Group sessions.

The biggest difference Sasha noticed was an even greater understanding of what was happening.

And that understanding carried through to her Individual Sessions, too, where she continued to notice even more – like a positive feedback loop.
